Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. Within a year she was able to earn her Pro Card aged 17. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. In October 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any expectation. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with the machine and bent-over rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she does.
